TREASURER

SFC (Ret) Samuel D. Roberts Sr. was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. He graduated from Cypress Lake High School in 1988. After graduation, he joined the United States Army, where he served from 1989 to 2010 as a Military Policeman. During his military career, he completed numerous overseas assignments and combat deployments, including Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Operation Bright Star, Operation Restore Hope, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. In addition to his military service, Samuel has been actively involved in his community. He served as the President of Waynesville Youth Football League and continues to mentor and coach youth sports. He is also the Illustrious Potentate of UKHFI Temple No. 203, Past Master of King Solomon Lodge No. 15., Past Matron of Bathsheba Chapter No. 14, served as Adjutant for VFW Post 3176.  Moreover, he is a member of the Missouri Historical Society and participates as a member of the Missouri Military History Task working Group. Currently, he serves as the United States Army Command Historian for the United States Army Engineer Regiment.
