TaJuan DeVore has over 20 years in healthcare operational leadership. TaJuan plays a pivotal role in all aspects of operational oversight within various facets of the healthcare landscape i.e. (hospital operations, multi-specialty outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, senior care facilities, revenue cycle and a myriad of more). With such a diverse background in operations. TaJuan continues to contribute as an essential leader in "dyad" with Physician owned enterprises and/or CEO's/Presidents/Owners demonstrating a collaborative approach in developing and leading new initiatives, overseeing the delivery of quality care, adherence to compliance regulations, and ensuring overall operational excellence is surpassed. Prior to launching DeVore Consulting Services, TaJuan held a few senior level leadership roles in the For Profit/ Non-Profit healthcare arena throughout the Florida market.

TaJuan is a Native of Philadelphia, PA attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia PA for pre-nursing and thereafter, a portion of her time was spent at LaSalle University in pursuit of completing her BSN, TaJuan then married her incredible husband Van H DeVore II relocating to Tampa Florida in 2003 whereas she transferred her studies from LaSalle to University of Phoenix where she completed/graduated with her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration.

Additionally, TaJuan is a Life Coach with Emotional Healing Tour under Audrey’s Ministries where she is instrumental in shaping lives “from Cocoon to wings! Experience the liberating power of God’s love, transforming you into a vibrant, soaring beauty, just like a butterfly emerging anew” In her downtime she adores spending time with her family traveling and creating everlasting memories, exploring new recipes in the kitchen and spending time with her beautiful grandchildren.
